ZetaLeads is our smartphone-based lead retrieval solution that makes the process of collecting, qualifying and storing new contacts easier – to turn them from leads into new customers.
Here is how:
- The app allows you to capture the information stored on visitors’ badges using a smartphone. Depending on your smartphone, this can be done by reading a chip on the visitor badges via NFC technology, scanning a QR code or through manual entry of an ID number printed on the badge.
- Once the information is captured, it will display in the app and exhibitors can add notes and tags to further qualify each contact. You can customize your app, upload documents and create your tags in an online portal, the ZetaLeads Exhibitors Center, prior to the event.
- During or after the exhibition, the list of leads can be downloaded from the Exhibitors Center. This portal also allows you to create reports and charts based on the data you captured.

What you need
Your lead retrieval package comes with an unlimited number of licenses per exhibitor, so no matter how many of your colleagues would like to use ZetaLeads, you only pay a one-time fee! The license fee is 249€.
You can install the app on your own smartphone* or order additional rental smartphones** for 100€ each.
*The app is available for Android and iOS.
**Our rental smartphones are Samsung Galaxy S4 mini.
How to order
You can order ZetaLeads online here.
Once we received your order, we will contact you with your login details for the ZetaLeads Exhibitors Center and download instructions for the app, together with user guides for both. The rental smartphones you ordered will be available for pick up at booth #M-100 in the exhibition hall.
Discount Price Order Deadline
To take advantage of advance order discount rates, place your order by May 4, 2017. Orders accepted after the deadline will result in a 50% surcharge.
