Photo and Video Guidelines
These guidelines apply to all image and audio recording equipment including mobile phones.
In order to ensure that everyone respects the wishes and privacy of exhibitors and attendees who do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, we require that all those who attend follow the ISC Photo and Video Guidelines.
- It is not permitted to take photographs or videos of a booth without first securing the cooperation of the management of the booth being photographed. All preferences expressed by an individual booth manager must be respected.
- Off-hours photography and video recording are limited to the official ISC photographer/ videographer, and to exhibitors who wish to photograph/record video of their own booth. Please respect the opening hours of the exhibition hall for exhibitors.
- Photography/videography for public broadcast or commercial distribution are only permitted by accredited members of the media with a proper media badge, by the official ISC photographer/videographer, and by exhibitors who film ONLY in their own booth/display.
Technical Program including Conference Sessions, Workshops, Tutorials, and BoFs
In order to protect ISC High Performance and the rights of the speakers, photography or videography of a technical session is permitted only with an official authorization provided by ISC Group, which will be issued if the purpose of the recording is recognized by the organizers.

Violators of the ISC Photography and Video Guidelines will be asked to leave the convention center and may be asked to surrender their conference/exhibition pass.
Of course, photos taken properly should be shared with the community! Please use hashtag #ISC17 when posting your photos on social media.
