The standard whisper suite is a 9m² (3m x 3m) room located in the exhibition hall, where you can meet with your customers during the exhibition.
For more information on the exact location of the whisper suites, please refer to the floor plan (the whisper suites are marked as M-W01, M-W02, M-W03, etc. on the plan).
If you booked a whisper suite, it is available for use at the following times:
|Monday, June 20, 2017||3:00pm – 8:30pm|
|Tuesday, June 21, 2017||10:00am – 6:00pm|
|Wednesday, June 22, 2017||10:00am – 6:00pm|
Attendees without exhibitor badges are not allowed to access the exhibition hall outside the official exhibition opening hours. Please plan your meetings with non-exhibiting attendees accordingly. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
Please note: There is no technical equipment included in the whisper suites. To place an order, please contact Ms. Kristin Kremer from cubicworx at firstname.lastname@example.org. For catering in the whisper suites, please order catering services through Accente. On-site you can pick up your whisper suite key from Ms. Kristin Kremer at booth #M-100.
